Overview
This project focuses on developing a critical understanding of typographic form by studying various typefaces and their classifications. Through analyzing the details and abstract relationships within letterforms, students will enhance their ability to make informed typographic decisions in future design work.
Delivery
I designed a set of 26 cards using a self-imposed set of rules to ensure cohesion and dynamism. These rules included color, composition, and a consistent labeling system and packaging that was inspired by printer marks and the CMYK and RGB color systems commonly used by designers. Considerable care was taken into the craft of the cards and packaging.
