Intermediate of Graphic Design - Project 2 Musical Poster Studies
Overview
First part of our second project, we were tasked with researching our chosen genre and then developing type studies, stylizations, and mark making studies which we would then combine into mini posters in preparation for the big music poster.
Delivery
I explored and stylized instruments like the veena, tabla, and sitar, tested various typesetting options, and developed expressive gesture marks to convey the culture and emotion of Hindustani classical music. The combination of all these studies went into my mini poster.
